I wrote this song when I was 17 - running from the law and being invited to depart from where I had been staying...it was a low point in my life, but I still had an old beat-up acoustic guitar, and music was my only comfort...of course there was a girl, and I thought she might leave with me, but she said sorry, no...I had almost forgotten about this song; played it for the band, they said it was a keeper.
